Getting Started With Solve
We're here to guide you every step of the way in the setup of Solve. We’ll assist you in setting up the SDK and registering new users and our dedicated team will be by your side, helping you connect your store and your email providers. We’ll not only create your account, but we’ll also ensure it's fully functional and meets your specific needs.
Once you've secured access, the next step involves setting up the Solve SDK onsite. This setup is crucial as it allows the capture of various events happening on your site. By doing so, you are able to monitor and track the behavior of your customers while they are interacting with your store. This insight into customer behavior is invaluable, enabling you to understand your customers better, and ultimately, to enhance their shopping experience and improve your store's performance.
Shopify Customers can also add a Custom Web Pixel along with the SDK to track checkout events.
