Solve Dashboard Updates
The Solve dashboard is designed to give you insights on how customer identification is contributing to your revenue. We’re seeing across customers that an increase of just 1% in identification of customers can drive a whopping 10-15% increase in email revenue
The dashboard will help you keep tabs on how identification affects your revenue across your business and marketing channels and give you a high level understanding of:
- The strongest identification rate by channel
- How various channels are converting into sales
- The mix of revenue from new and returning customers.
Recovered Revenue
The top graph on the page tells you the a running story of your revenue and the mix of revenue recovered through email channels from identified customers. The identified sessions helps you see how the identified sessions track with recovered revenue.
Identification Health
We’ll automatically keep your Klaviyo email clicks, Shopify interactions and any user signups identified. With our first party customer identification enabled too, you’re setup to extend identified sessions and keep your top of funnel in tip top shape.
We’re introducing an Identification Status card on the dashboard to give you a sense of how your overall identification is looking across your web site. If you see Needs attention there’s some work you can do make sure you’re picking up the right signals from your website and other platforms to keep that identification looking good.
That in turn helps you understand your customer journeys at a level of detail you just can’t get elsewhere. Speak to your customer success manager for some of the rich insights we can deliver for you in our custom reports.
Your customer success manager will be able to provide very specific action items to take if you need a boost.
Channels Revenue
The channels Revenue graph helps you understand the breakdown of your revenue by channel, the mix of new/returning customers, the conversion rate and the identification status of the channel using a last click attribution model.
By breaking down the identification rate by channel you can make better decisions on how customers move through your marketing funnels and optimize each channel based on the health of identification on that channel.
- A channel with strong identification can deliver significant results in targeting or recovered revenue for example.
- If a channel has weak identification then you can take steps in other channels to build identification across the board to ensure your campaigns are optimized to perform well once users get to your site.
The conversion rate tells you the percentage of people that moved from a product view to a purchase on the channel. Understanding the conversion rate is also useful in the types of strategies you employ to move interested customers to a purchase.
The channels view will help you understand at a glance how your channels are performing, of course if you want to dig in deeper or see this using a different attribution model you can request further analysis from your customer success manager.
