Custom Reports
The Custom Reports section is where all custom reports created by the Solve Customer Success team are kept. You can navigate to this page on the top nav bar of the platform next to Audiences.
Usage
To view a specific custom report, simply click View Google Sheet and this will redirect you to your custom report.
Clicking the title of the report takes you to the Report Overview screen, where you can get more in-depth information about the report, including the Last refreshed time and the query being used.
Refreshes
You can manually update the custom report with new data by pressing the refresh button on the card next to View Google Sheet.
The system automatically refreshes all custom reports every 12 hours at:
- 10AM UTC / 5AM EST (New York)
- 10PM UTC / 5PM EST (New York)
Editing, Removing and Requesting a Custom Report
For any help that you need with an existing report, or requesting a new custom report, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Variable Date Ranges
You can use this feature to adjust the date ranges for existing variables within an existing custom report. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to set up new variables. Follow the steps below to make adjustments.
- Select a report by clicking on its name, or the settings cog on the bottom right
- Navigate to Report Data. Here you will see different date selection types depending on the type of your variable. There are three types of variables:
- Date: Use this when you want to adjust just a single date variable
- Date Range: Use this when you want to adjust two variables between a range of two dates
- Lookback Period: Use this to adjust a lookback period with a numeric value and a time period - Days, Months, Years
- If your variable type is a Date or Date Range, adjust by clicking on the calendar or editing the date text to set your date
- If your variable type is a Lookback Period, select the valid numeric value and time period
- Click Save & Refresh
- Check the Google Sheet by clicking View Google Sheet under Report Details, allow up to 5 minutes for the data to be updated
