Email Flow
This setting lets you configure how you want your abandoned cart and abandoned browse emails to be sent out to your customers. On each email type, pressing the Enable button turns the trigger either on or off.
Abandonment Delay
Set the delay duration after a customer has abandoned either their cart, or session before it gets marked. This duration must be greater than or equal to 5 minutes.
Send Delay
Set the delay duration after a customer's cart or session has been marked as abandoned. This duration must be greater than or equal to 10 minutes.
Suppression Delay
Set a suppression delay after an abandonment email (cart or browse) has been set.
Example:
- Abandonment delay: 5 minutes
- Send delay: 12 minutes
- Suppression: 12 hours
For this example, after a customer has abandoned their cart or session, they will receive an abandonment email after 18 minutes. They will not receive another abandonment email for another 12 hours, after their the abandonment email has been sent.
User Management
As an admin, if you want to add, remove or modify users from your store, navigate to Settings at the top navigation bar, then click on User Management.

Creating a new user
- Click on New User
- Fill in the relevant details of the user. Ensure that their email is correct.
- There will be a badge next to the user’s name indicating that they have been invited to use the platform.
Logging on as a new user
- Log into the email that has been registered under the user
- Look for the verification email from Solve - check your spam
- Click the provided link to verify your account
- This will take you to the login screen where you will have to set a password for your account
Resetting your password
- On the login page, choose the Trouble logging in? dropdown and then Forgot your password
- On this page, enter your email and continue
- Check your email for the password reset instructions - check your spam
- Click the link to reset your password
- Change your password as prompted, ensure your passwords match
Store Management
- As an admin, if you want to add or make changes to your Solve account, navigate to Settings at the top navigation bar, then click on General.
- Then click Edit on the top to make changes.
- Here you can make changes to your store's name, domain, store type, time zone, currency. Click Update Store to save your changes.

I cannot see the Settings page, why is this?
The Settings page is admin only. Contact the platform admin on your team to get access to this page.
What is the best way to set up my email flow delays?
Contact your Customer Success Manager and they will be happy to help you optimize your email flows to your business.
I am not getting the recovery emails from Solve that I should be. What is going on?
The recovery emails can sometimes show up in your spam emails. If it is still not there, navigate to Trouble logging in? on the log in page and you can get your recovery email resent.
