Tags on Profiles
We’ve added a new tags field to the customer profile which will be updated in real time when the customer record is updated in Shopify.
Tags in Shopify are added in the customer details view or by apps you may have installed.
As the tags are updated in Shopify the customer profile in Solve will be updated within a few minutes.
Importing Tags
Note - that when a customer is updated in Shopify any imported tags will be replaced with the Shopify values.
As an admin you can also import tags if you are onboarding or wanting to backfill customer profiles from a Shopify export of customers.
Browse to Settings→Import Profiles from the top navbar and import a new file. The CSV only needs to contain the email and tags field.
Check the Update existing profiles box and import the file.
